AI connector — privacy policy

The pickyourmatch AI connector (an MCP server at pym-mcp.gauvendi.workers.dev) lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude search the pickyourmatch accommodation inventory. It is operated by GauVendi GmbH.

What the connector processes

• Search parameters only. Tool calls contain the search criteria an assistant sends on your behalf — destination, party size (adults, children, pets), dates, price limits, requested features, language. Nothing else is accepted.
• No accounts, no authentication, no personal data. The connector has no sign-up, requests no credentials and does not ask for names, e-mail addresses or payment details. Please do not include personal data in search queries; it is not needed.
• No storage of queries. Queries are answered from a public, nightly-refreshed inventory index and are not stored, profiled or shared. Short-lived technical logs (for abuse protection and rate limiting) are kept by the hosting platform (Cloudflare) per its standard operation.
• Read-only. The connector can only read public inventory data. It cannot make, change or cancel bookings and cannot write anything anywhere.

Booking

Booking links returned by the connector open the respective property's own booking system. Any personal data for a booking is entered there, directly with the property — its privacy policy is shown before you enter any data. pickyourmatch and the connector are not a party to the booking.
