- 50% Refundable Deposit - Save $10 per night if booked online. — ADULT-ONLY HOTEL. WE DO NOT PERMIT INFANTS, CHILDREN OR ANYONE UNDER 21 ON THE PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON. Cancellation conditions apply. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR THE CANCELLATION POLICY APPLICABLE TO YOUR RESERVATION. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, with no exceptions for any reason. We strongly recommend all guests purchase trip cancellation coverage from a third party for unforeseen cancellations.Check-in time: 3 PM | Check-out time: 11 AMWe work with a very small team and DO NOT OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Guests checking out after 11 AM are charged a Late Cleaning Fee equal to the room rate for their previous night.Our Front Desk closes each night (closing time varies depending on the time of year). If you are delayed or plan to arrive later than 6 pm, kindly call our Front Desk BEFORE 6 pm, so we may advise you of our after-hours self-check-in procedure.
